A single piece of high tensile strength aluminum is transformed throughout the manufacturing process into a complete radiator ready to be installed to fit perfectly.

Caution During Replacement

Installation Steps Summary
- Always refer to the specific repair manual before service
- Drain previous radiator; disconnect hoses and lines, then remove radiator
- Place new radiator in the car and reconnect lines and fittings (torque to specification)
- Perform a complete flush of the cooling system to remove traces of old coolant
- Fill the cooling system using 50/50 coolant/distilled water mix
Maintenance
- Perform annual cooling system maintenance
- Verify the presence of electrolysis by testing the presence of current on the radiator
- Use test strips to determine acidity, to prevent corrosion
- Do not mix different types of coolant
