About the Author
Eugene Silberstein
A veteran in the HVAC industry since 1980, Eugene has served as a technician, educator, consultant, and author. He’s the National Programs Director at HVAC Excellence, a former college professor, and co-author of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology (10th edition). He holds a Master’s in Energy and Environmental Systems and is a Certified Master HVAC/R Educator.
Jason Obrzut
An HVAC professional since 2002, Jason progressed from technician to school director and curriculum developer. Recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” by ACHR News, he’s a Certified Master HVAC/R Educator and serves on several HVAC industry boards and task forces.
John Tomczyk
John holds degrees in HVAC, mechanical engineering, and education. With 29 years of teaching at Ferris State University, he’s also a technical writer and author of Troubleshooting and Servicing Modern Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems.
Bill Whitman
