FAST INSTALL – Plan to locate your air compressor and compressed air outlets before installtion. The tubing is can be installed in the wall or hanging from the ceiling with tubing clips. A cutter and fittings are ready. Only a wrench is needed to tight the connection.
LEAK-LESS – High-density polyethylene(HDPE), a layer of aluminum is sandwiched between layers of HDPE, is extremely ductile, lightweight and corrosion resistant. And it has a smooth surface, which reduces the energy to push compressed air through the compressed air system. Above of all, it will keep pressure while running for long time. Operating Pressure: 200PSI at 73℉and 160PSI at 140℉.
EASY TO CONNECT – No glue, soldering or crimping needed. L-shaped and T-shaped fittings are equipped in the kit for different tubing extending directions. Double O-ring compression style ensures 100% sealing in high working pressure.
FLEXIBLE – Do not need to worry about elbows because HDPE tubing is flexible enough to be bent to any shape. The 3/4-inch inside diameter of the pipe has a bend radius of 6-8 inches. 100 Feet continuous pipe lengths which means less leak points. Inner Diameter: 3/4”; Outer Diameter: 1”.
EASY TO MODIFY – It’s convenient and low-cost to expand or make another drop. Just purchase additional accessories and install based on present pneumatic line. Perfect for garages, workshops, barns and etc.

Cut the tube vertically
Insert the bevel tool #25 and rotate it until rounding the hose
Remove nut and split ring from fitting and place on tubing
Tight the nut with wrench
